First floor gets new windows

 One of Brian's biggest gripes about our house has always been the shitty replacement windows.... so when we decided to pursue the addition the plan was always to replace the first floor windows too.

 Yesterday that process started.

 a little bit of rot was round around the chimney, John cut that out and patched in new wood



 two of the five windows in the living room done! The bay is going to take some work so John's saving them for last

 one of the windows in our current bedroom

 we went with the frat house look for temporary window treatments

Today I believe our current room was getting finished, the bathroom and kitchen were on the docket... HVAC is on site today too running duct work for central air!!!
